Each year it is our custom to bring babies and young children before the congregation for prayer and thanksgiving. We know our children are gifts from the Lord. We are serious about our responsibility as parents to nurture these children in the holy faith which we have claimed as our own.  We believe the whole church must share in that responsibility. At one time or another, we all find that we are not completely adequate for the opportunities we face as parents. This Dedication helps us to commit ourselves to this holy work.

In dedication our children, we affirm our own faith as ask God to bless our children.
